Mr. Frederic Chan
Frederic Chan is a professional in medical engineering design and consulting, specializing in dental facility engineering. Since 1996,he has been deeply involved in the planning, design, and project management of medical engineering projects across Singapore, Hong Kong, and several major cities in mainland China, including Shanghai, Ningbo, Shenzhen, and Zhuhai.
With over two decades of professional experience, Mr. Chan has successfully completed more than 100 projects of varying scales, the largest covering a total area of 4,800 square meters (approximately 51,667 square feet). Each project has been carefully designed to meet specific operational needs while fully complying with local codes and regulatory standards.

Mr. Fred Au is currently an Engineering Consultant of MGI (Far East) Ltd.
Mr. Au has over 35 years of working experience in project management of building services installations and operation & maintenance of engineering plants including healthcare facilities. His key roles include design, tendering, project administration, planning, control and management of electrical & mechanical projects as well as service and maintenance of engineering facilities. He has substantial professional experience in both the commercial sector and the Government.
